Because the industry is ever growing and changing we realize that we'll never be able to write enough articles to answer everyone's questions. But we didn't like the idea of someone leaving this site with questions unanswered. Our solution? The Ask the Experts form. This allows people to send us a short message with whatever question they may have. This keeps the consumer happy and gives the editor ideas on what topics may new new articles written.

Of course no idea is perfect, including our beloved Ask the Experts idea. The major downside here? Well, we don't know everything. We get questions on things we never even knew existed. Then we have to go to Google and start looking for answers. We don't do that quite as much now that we've got more experts volunteering their time.

So how does it all work? Simple. The consumer sends in a question. The editor takes the question and checks to see if the answer is already on the site. If not the question is forwarded to all the experts. The experts then reply back to the editor who compiles the responses and sends the final answer to the consumer. At the bottom of that message is a blurb about the experts who assisted in answering the message. Nothing long, just whatever contact information each expert wants to reveal, if any.
